How long is a counselling session?
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are held weekly on the same day and at the same time.
What are your fees?
The initial pre-counselling consultation lasts an hour and the fee is £60, payable in advance.
Thereafter the fee is £50 per 50 minute session.
What days do you work?
I offer sessions Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm.
How long does counselling last?
In open ended therapy endings are usually planned by mutual agreement as we go along.
In time limited therapy we agree the number of sessions before the start (usually 6 or 12).
How will I know if counselling is helping?
Together we will regularly review our work to monitor how things are going and make any changes that feel appropriate to ensure that our sessions are beneficial to you and that you’re getting what you need.
Do you offer online or telephone counselling?
I am a trained online and telephone counsellor and offer this service to clients who are unable to attend in person for practical or clinical reasons.
Do you have disabled access?
I regret that my consulting room does not have disabled access.
